UCLA Extension/ElpehantTribe.org Film and Television Internship Program
ElephantTribe.org offers a Fully Accredited UCLA Extension Internship Program.
The UCLA internship program allows individuals to receive credit for work performed with companies in the film, television, and entertainment media communities. Students must work a minimum of 100 hours in order to receive the 4 units of credit associated with this course. Reports are given to the instructor at the end of the internship outlining the work done and experience received. Their final grade is based on this report. Restricted course; call UCLA (310) 206-5064 for permission to enroll. Web enrollments automatically generate a “Permission to Enroll” request.

Norton Simon Museum Study Visit
We went to The Norton Simon Museum in Pasadena to primarily study and experience colors thru the three Masterpieces from Musee d’Orsay temporarily on display at the museum. In addition, the museum has a wide selection of great paintings and art pieces that we were interested in seeing up close to get a better feel of how to use colors and shapes in our films. A great day with lots of fun and learning.

A scene we hope to include in our upcoming film “ROOTS & WINGS“. Birte Frederiksen (woman knitting) filmed by Martina Albanelli, a UCLA Extension Graduate, that joined ElephantTribe.org in September 2014.
